MyGrapple.com Registration Instructions
 
Registering your Grapple website is easy! Follow these simple steps, and you should have your site registered in a half-hour or less.
 
1. To register your Grapple website, go to www.MyGrapple.com, and click on the "first-time registration" button in the lower left corner of the page.
 
2. Enter the information requested and click next. (Note: This step will allow you to select your church from a drop-down menu on the following page and auto-fill some of the fields for you.)
 
3. Select your church from the drop-down menu; this will then auto-fill some of the information for you. If your church isn't in the drop-down menu, you will fill out all the fields manually.

 4. Enter the "Primary Contact" information for the person who will be responsible for managing your MyGrapple.com website. The primary contact will have the same capabilities as a teacher as well as the responsibilities listed below. You'll need a primary contact when you have multiple teachers; if you have only one teacher, that teacher should be the primary contact.

The primary contact will:

  • Have the ability to assign logins to students or teachers.
  • Manage the lesson sequence, in-class game voting, and computer game selection.
  • Have the ability to change the primary contact information.
  • Be able to select the banner style, font, font size and color, and upload your church logo.
  • Reset student logins.
  • Activate a new quarter of Grapple.
  • Receive "report this post" comments from the forums.
  • Receive any e-mail communication from Group regarding Grapple.
  • Receive the failure notices via e-mail when a student or teacher tries to login more than 3 times without success.

5. Enter your Grapple serial number. If you purchased the printed Grapple Pak, find the serial number on the inside of the pak under the DVD. If you purchased Grapple electronically, you received a confirmation e-mail containing your serial number. If you have trouble finding the serial number, e-mail or call product support (1-800-975-4006, productsupport@group.com). The serial number starts with a letter followed by 13 numbers.
 
6. Enter your self-selected username. Note that your username will be used for two purposes. Most importantly, it will be used as the basis for every login username, including the primary contact and students/teachers. You will NOT be able to change your login username, so select your name carefully. For example, if you purchased the Grapple for 10 users pak and you choose the username "GrappleRocks", the login usernames will be GrappleRocks1, GrappleRocks2, GrappleRocks3, GrappleRocks4, GrappleRocks5, GrappleRocks6, GrappleRocks7, GrappleRocks8, GrappleRocks9, GrappleRocks10.

Your username will also initially become your MyGrapple site name, and will display in the banner at the top of your website. However, you can change the name that displays on the top of your website anytime on the "Manage MyGrapple" page.

7. When finished entering all the requested information on this page, click "Create MyGrapple Site". You will receive a confirmation message containing the information you have just entered. If you want to make any changes, you can do so at this time by clicking the "Back to Registration Page" button. Once you click "submit", your site will be created. This process can take up to 15 minutes.

8. Once your site is created, the primary contact will receive an e-mail containing all your usernames and passwords, including the primary contact username and password.
